Aniplus Asia Ends Broadcast on Philippines' SKYcable on April 30

24-hour anime channel began broadcast on SKYcable in Philippines in 2017
Philippine cable television provider SKYcable announced last Thursday that Aniplus Asia will end its broadcast on the network, with the final broadcast day of the channel set for April 30.
The channel joined the network's lineup in 2017.
Aniplus Asia (previously Aniplus HD) is a 24-hour anime channel based in Singapore, and is a subsidiary of South Korean channel Aniplus TV. The channel launched in 2013, and is currently broadcast in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Aniplus Asia has select content available on various Southeast Asian streaming services, such as iflix, HOOQ, and Tribe, which is available in various Southeast Asian territories.
Aniplus Asia also licenses and debuts anime films in Southeast Asia.
