CG Anime gdgd Fairies Film's Trailer Streamed

The official website for gdgd Fairies began streaming a trailer on Monday for the upcoming film Gekijō-ban gdgd Yōseis tte Iu Eiga wa Dō kana…? (gdgd Fairies the Movie - Wonder What Kind of Movie That'll Be…?). The trailer features the film's theme song, "Ai Ga Aru kara!!" (Because There is Love) performed by Dempagumi.inc, who also make a guest appearance in the film.
The fully computer-animated project of gdgd Fairies centers around the surreal conversations and lives of three little fairies who live inside the trees in Fairy Forest. Lead voice actresses Suzuko Mimori, Kaoru Mizuhara, and Satomi Akesaka have reprised their roles of the fairies pkpk, shrshr, and krkr with ad-libbing.
Ryōichi Mori (Peeping Life - The Perfect Edition -) is co-writing the screenplay with the second television season's writer Kazuyuki Osabe, and he is also voicing the prince Tomo-kun. The Akiba-kei idol group Denpagumi.inc. (Mirin Furukawa, Risa Aizawa, Eimi Naruse, Moga Mogami, Ayane Fujisaki, Nemu Yumemi) guest-star in the film. The cast also includes Natsuki Mori as a witch, Sō Nozawa as the king, and Takahiro Miyamoto as an "armored dog" and a merchant.
Creator Sōta Sugahara will again be handling the character designs and directing duties. Strawberry Meets Pictures and Fan Company are producing the film in collaboration with Rokujigen Animation.
