Yakuza 6 Gets Its Own PlayStation 4 Variant Console

Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Asia and Sega revealed that Ryū ga Gotoku 6 (Yakuza 6) game will also get its own PlayStation 4 console variant. The console, which will bundle the game, has an engraved top cover and comes in both 500 gigabyte and 1 terabyte versions.
It also comes with Yakuza 6-themed packaging and an original PlayStation 4 theme. Pre-orders will open at the Sony Store on October 26 and are expected to ship on December 8, the same day the game launches in Japan. The 500 gigabyte version sells for 33,480 yen (US$321) and the 1 terabyte version sells for 38,480 yen (US$369).
Ryū ga Gotoku Kiwami (Yakuza Kiwami) also got its own PlayStation 4 variant earlier this year. Sega of America released Yakuza 5 in the West on December 8, 2015 and the company announced that it will localize and release the Yakuza 0 (Ryū ga Gotoku 0: Chikai no Basho) prequel game in the Americas in early 2017.
