How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend Artist Designs Tokushima Self Defense Force Mascots
posted on by Lynzee Loveridge
Ibaraki prefecture debuted its moe mascots for the area's Japan Self-Defense Forces' Provincial Cooperation Office last year and the trend is catching on in other areas. Tokushima prefecture's office is looking to name its three mascots representing the Japan Air Self-Defense Force, Maritime Self-Defense Force, and Japan Ground Self-Defense Force.
Name suggestion applications will be taken until July 26. The girls were designed by Hokkaido-based artist Kurehito Misaki, the original character designer behind How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend and In Search of the Lost Future.
Do you have any name ideas for the mascots? Let us know in the forums!
