And lol for Xbox One surpassing the 3DS LL while New is the new black, while the PS4 dominating is old news now.

GE:R domination. NBA 2K16 in Japan outsold NBA Live 16 in America in just the 1st week. LMFAO! The only reason Halo charted so high is due to it being a trash week. PS4 #1 as expected with that +20k baseline.

That, and it's an action hunting type game. Those have traditionally done a lot better on portable systems because of the local multiplayer social aspect.

The multiplayer aspect of God Eater Resurrection on the PS Vita has really helped massively secure its place in the No. 1 slot.

But weeks in Japan now are more becoming "slow" weeks and getting slower as time goes on. Most games in the rankings struggle to reach 5 digits. Here's Japan's trend in traditional gaming lately:
