I was hoping for January, but it looks like it will be in April. The wait is brutal.
I have to believe sweet ARMS will perform the OP again. It sucks the narrator has been pushed to the episode preview and sweet ARMS to the Ending theme, which is the basement of the show.

A sixth season running at 12 episodes would fully adapt the entire series. They could also just do two cours for season 5 to wrap it up.

I don’t think it’ll start in April, it’ll probably be either July or October 2024, we’ll be lucky if they even decided to start July

It was the third season and J.C. Staff that almost did it in, lol

So far, Date A Live has made all the right choices by focusing on the characters, instead of a larger plot, so maybe this is the season in which Date A Live will go all in on the conflict between heroes and villains because, at this point, the characters feel fully developed.

24 more episodes (Season 5 and 6) and it'll be fully adapted and finished.
